Mike Melford is a Personal Trainer & UKSCA Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach who helps his clients of all ages achieve their fitness and performance goals.
From fitting into a wedding dress to securing victory in a boxing ring, he helps clients get stronger, shed unwanted pounds, and compete at a higher level.
Mike has represented England Universities and played National level at Rugby. He has also achieved three first-place wins in CrossFit competitions and as a result, can relate to the challenges of achieving goals.
In addition to his weekly sessions at King’s Rochester Sports Centre, he is the Strength & Conditioning coach for Medway Rugby Club and Kent Rugby.
